We stayed in this beautiful home in July. We had the best time we have ever had in the last four years of going to Florida. The house was so modern and beautiful, the club house and the pool area were great, the days we were not going to the parks we chilled there all day. The house is very central to all the parks and shopping. My husband and son were so delighted that is was so near to all the major golf courses. We would love to return here again next year.

Just wanted to say thanks for a fab holiday. The house was everything you promised - luxurious, lots of space, very clean and comfortable, (not to mention the private pool which was a real hit), great location close to Disney and all of the restaurants etc in Kissimmee. The resort itself was spotless, the children loved the pool area/games room and cinema and we even managed to fit in a game of tennis! Can thoroughly recommend this villa and will stay here again next time we go to Florida.

We have recently returned from my one week trip in Paradise Palms resort. A dream come true...this place far exceeded anything we could have imagined! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautifully and the beds were very comfortable. The house had unbelievable amount of space and comfort, immaculate and so cozy (we felt at home). The kids loved the bunk beds and private pool and we just loved the waterfall at the larger pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay....so much so that we hope to return soon. I will HIGHLY recommend it to our friends and family."

Hi we are the Williams Family and we stayed at this beautiful Villa in Paradise Palms Resort in February 2009. We are a family of 2 adults Ali & Andy 2 boys Kai & Jamie 12 and 10 and our princess Libby is 2.

We had the most amazing time. It was Paradise and Luxury rolled into one. The Villa was recommended to us by a friend of Andy's, we saw the brochure and could not wait to get there....................the pictures honestly did not do it credit.

Wow Wow Wow, we could not believe our eyes. The villa is huge, 4 Bedrooms 3 bathrooms so more than enough room for us all.
My favorite bit was the kitchen, everything is giant size!! The American fridge holds so much beer.....ideal for Andy haha. The Oven is massive!! every thing simple to use but super size. Also as there is a washing machine and tumble drier so we managed to go home with suitcases of clean clothes.

There is cable TV and internet connection, but our most fun w as the heated indoor pool..... what can I say? We were in there morning noon and night, also because of the safety barrier it meant the boys could swim and we have no worries of libby falling in.

The Villa is well situated close to Disney, Sea world, International Drive and Universal............also only minutes away from Cocoa Beach (where we got married while we were there!) Supermarkets are near too.

There are not enough words to express how we feel about the Villa and our stay in Florida, we cannot wait until the next time.

Jayne and Gez gave us so much help and information before and during our stay (helping us find a channel to watch Man United haha) they are lovely people and are always happy to help

We had a lovely holiday, we would definitely book with you again in the future and would recommend you to others as I think the house is ideal for families. My children loved the communal pool area, the reception staff were helpful and the lady on security was lovely and really inviting.

The villa was fabulous and exceeded our expectations in every way. We had no issues while we were there - villa was spotless, everything neat and tidy. I can't praise the property enough - we felt as if we were staying in one of those plush, fabulously kitted out boutique hotels.

The staff at the clubhouse were marvelous - very friendly, made us feel welcome and were eager to help with any queries we had. They really are a fantastic bunch (even the security staff at the main gate were nice). I feel that it will be impossible to book this resort once it is finished and becomes well known - it truly has something for everyone. My daughter Amy met lots of new friends down at the pool and thoroughly enjoyed herself - she is already asking when can we go back !!!!

Without doubt, you will be the first person we contact when we book our next trip.
