| Located at the
prestigious gated community of Paradise Palms Resort, our luxurious 4 bedroom
town home is superbly set up to cater for a large family or two smaller families
sharing. The town home is very private and looks out over landscaped
gardens and palm trees from the rear. This can be enjoyed from the pool deck and is a great backdrop to enjoy a cool glass of wine or a
relaxing dip in the pool. On a clear night you may even be lucky enough to
make out the Disney fireworks. |

Our
town home is very
much a home from home inside with all the amenities and features you
would expect from a upmarket property. It is very spacious and has air
conditioning and heating throughout, making it an ideal residence for
both short and long term vacations.
Our onsite management
team do a great job in keeping the property clean and tidy, both inside and
out. Should you need our management team during your stay, they are
available by telephone or you can pop along to their offices which can
be found in the clubhouse just a couple of minutes walk away. Outside of normal
office hours you will be given an emergency number to call.

In
addition to the large communal pool located just a couple of minutes away by the
clubhouse, our town home has its own fantastic south facing pool. The
pool is surrounded by a patio and includes a covered Lanai should you prefer to sit in the shade. It is furnished with sun
loungers and a table and four chairs, allowing you to dine al fresco, sit around and enjoy a cool glass of wine, or just lie back and work on topping up that tan.
The pool area is
very private and backs onto landscaped gardens and palm trees rather than being overlooked by other
properties. It is south facing which gives the added advantage of being in the
sunshine all day. If you find the Pool is a little cool for your liking,
it can be fully heated at an additional charge (recommended from October to March).
The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim
in.
Other features of the pool deck includes
underwater lighting which
really adds to the character of the area especially at night time, and a pool safety fence
and door alarm for
peace of mind should young children be staying at the town home.
For your safety and comfort we have provided a selection of unbreakable glasses and
tableware for use around the pool deck area.

The
town house has a
large open plan seating area called the Living room. It is located at the rear of the property and
adjoins the kitchen and dining area.
The room contains a luxurious sofa, two large comfortable chairs, and an
entertainment centre. This includes a large LCD flat screen television with cable TV,
DVD system and CD player.
Additionally, the sofa can be pulled out and easily
transformed into a double sized bed.
There
is a large window which overlooks the pool deck and gardens beyond,
which along with the patio doors in the dining area
lets in lots of natural light, giving the whole area a very comfortable feel.
If you need a bit
of quiet time, send the children to the clubhouse or the pool area and
come relax in the living room with a good book.

Kitchen
- The large
modern fully fitted kitchen comes
complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker,
microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, toaster,
kettle and coffee machine. There is also a good selection of cutlery
and crockery (including
plastic dishes and glasses for when dining by the pool
area). The only thing you need to provide is the food!
There is seating for
five at the large breakfast counter and a telephone from
which all local calls are Free.
All other calls will be charged as taken using a credit card or pre-paid
telephone card (available in most large retail outlets). If
you bring your laptop with you there is also free broadband Internet access.
Laundry
Area - Should
you wish to do any laundry, we have a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron
and ironing board located in the laundry cupboard on the upper floor.

The
town home contains four large
bedrooms and a double sized sofa bed, allowing up
to 10 adults to sleep comfortably. Each of the bedrooms has a LCD flat screen television
with cable TV, radio alarm clock and a built-in closet and drawers. All the
bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean linen before you arrive. Extra bedding is provided should you need it. The
town house has
air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a constant cool temperature that
will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up
outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep.
Master Suite
- The Master Suite is located at the front of the town home on the upper
floor. It has a
fantastic King sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom
complete with a bath/shower unit, his n hers basins, large vanity mirror and a separate WC.

Bedroom 2 -
Bedroom 2 is located on the ground floor and features a King sized bed.
Access to the town homes downstairs bathroom is directly outside
this bedroom and it could double as an en-suite. The bathroom has a
good sized shower, WC, basin and large vanity mirror.

Bedrooms 3
& 4 -
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both on the upper floor at the rear of the town
home. Bedroom 3 contains a king sized bed and bedroom 4 has a double
bed/bunk bed. The bunk beds can sleep three people, with the bottom bed
being a double sized bed and the top a single. This room would be ideal
for any children in your party.
Located conveniently in the same hallway as these two bedrooms is
the homes second bathroom which features his n hers basins, a large
vanity mirror, and a separate WC and shower unit.
If you still need
to squeeze in a couple more people, there is a double sized sofa bed
located in the Living room. |

dining area is located next to the Living room and kitchen area. It has a good sized
modern wooden table and six chairs, and is ideal for those special
dining occasions as well as the more casual ones. Patio doors let in
lots of natural light and give a great view out over the pool deck.
